PACE is a phenomenal program that provides supports to assist seniors to remain safely in their homes.  It is an interdisciplinary model of care, the goal of which is to keep seniors out of the nursing home. PACE is not available in every city and town, so not all attorneys understand the eligibility requirements and application process.  With proper planning, we can protect assets for your future security and obtain Community MassHealth coverage for the PACE program.
