Long-term care plans provide clients with guidance on achieving their goals of securing quality care and housing while protecting a portion of their assets for their future care or to provide for their loved ones. Each plan addresses the clients' unique situation, to provide for a child or other family member with special needs, to plan for blended families or same sex couples, etc.  Various strategies are presented for every situation, along with the potential MassHealth, tax and probate consequences.  This comprehensive assessment and holistic approach to Elder Law are what inspired the name of this website.

The Legal Check Up is much like your annual physical -- based on our comprehensive assessment of all areas of your "legal health," we will prescribe "treatment options" to help you to achieve your "optimal legal health." And, we are available to assist you in implementing the Plan if you are the type of person who never follows through on your doctor's recommendations!
